Connect

An admin adds the GoTo OAuth credentials once. Then each user clicks “Connect to GoTo” in their preferences.

Call

Click any phone number in Odoo or type into the dialer. The call is placed on your GoTo line — no desk phone juggling.

Capture

When the call ends it’s logged automatically — a summary is posted to the contact and lead, and the recording is linked on the call record.

Engineered for production from day one — least-privilege access and background processing that stays out of the request path.

  • OAuth 2.0, per user. Access & refresh tokens are stored server-side, readable only by administrators.
  • Admin-only settings. Credentials, scopes and the webhook secret can only be changed by a system administrator.
  • Secret-protected webhook. Inbound call events arrive on a per-database secret endpoint; requests without the secret are rejected.
  • Self-healing. Tokens refresh automatically, notification channels renew, and dropped events are reconciled.
  • Won’t pile up. Call events return instantly; enrichment runs asynchronously in bounded batches.
  • Licensed (OPL-1). Ships as readable Python you can inspect and extend in your own Odoo.

Download & install

Grab the .zip, drop the goto_connect folder into your Odoo add-ons path, then in Odoo open Apps → Update Apps List and install GoTo Connect VoIP Integration.

Connect your GoTo

Create a GoTo OAuth client at developer.goto.com, paste the Client ID and Secret in Settings → GoTo Connect, then each user clicks Connect to GoTo.

What does “one Odoo system” mean? & refund policy

One system = one Odoo database. The license key is locked to your database's identifier and won't activate elsewhere — if you run staging and production separately, buy a key for each. You get 14 days to try every feature for free before paying, so we don't offer refunds after activation. If something doesn't work, email support and we'll fix it or unblock your system.
